By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using HA HUB ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not purchase or use the Application.

Upon purchasing HA HUB via the Google Play Store, you are granted a personal, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Application:

• Personal Multi-Device Use: You may install and run HA HUB across all Android tablets and devices linked to your personal Google Play account at no extra charge.
• No Recurring Fees: The purchase is a one-time payment. You will never be charged recurring subscription or maintenance fees.
• Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Application binaries without explicit written permission.

info 3. Independent Product & Trademark Notice

HA HUB is an independent commercial software product engineered specifically for the Home Assistant smart home ecosystem.

dns 4. Local Infrastructure & User Responsibilities

HA HUB acts solely as a client interface communicating with your personal Home Assistant instance over your local Wi-Fi or LAN. As a user, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for setting up, maintaining, and securing your Home Assistant server, network hardware, and smart home entities.
• HA HUB relies on standard Home Assistant REST/WebSocket APIs; server downtime, network instability, or invalid entity configurations on your server may impact dashboard responsiveness.
• You are responsible for any physical automations, smart lock states, climate controls, or actions executed through the interface.

shopping_cart 5. Purchases, Pricing & Refunds

All transactions, billing, tax handling, and refunds are processed exclusively by the Google Play Store (Google LLC / Google Commerce Ltd) in accordance with Google Play's standard terms of purchase.

If you wish to request a refund, you may do so through Google Play's automated refund system within the eligible refund window established by Google Play policies.

copyright 6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Application, including its source code, UI designs, graphics, layouts, animations, and documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of HA HUB and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

verified_user 7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

HA HUB is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for maximum stability, fluid 60 FPS performance, and high reliability, we make no warranties that the Application will be completely error-free or uninterrupted across every customized Android ROM or third-party hardware variant.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HA HUB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application, or any physical smart device behaviors controlled via Home Assistant.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page. Your continued use of the Application after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
